Facilities Coordinator

The Facilities Coordinator will oversee the planting line, as well as all maintenance for Orchard Park properties and equipment. Areas of this role include but are not limited to: production lines and systems, contractors, residential properties, vehicles, security and general greenhouse facilities.

Outcome Expectations: The facilities and equipment of Orchard Park Growers are running smoothly, resulting in maximum quality and efficiency.

Areas of Job Role:

·         Understand all Orchard Park Systems (ie. heating, irrigation, etc) at home facility, as well as greenhouse rental properties

·         Organization and inventory of maintenance supplies, tools and equipment

·         Develop and implement preventative maintenance program

·         Maintaining and Fixing equipment, engaging contractors as needed

·         Supervision of production planting line and associated maintenance

·         Overview security of all Orchard Park properties

·         Manage general maintenance for all rental houses

·         Responsible for Orchard Park vehicles, ensuring they are maintained as per schedule and need

·         Assist with local deliveries

·         Working alongside team members in all aspects of Orchard Park production
