Orchard Park is a family-owned greenhouse operation in the Niagara Region, with locations in St. Catharines and Jordan Station. We employ 60+ employees, both fulltime and seasonal. We are looking for an excellent individual to work closely with our Administrative and Office Teams.
The Administrative Assistant provides support across multiple areas of the organization, including operations, sales, administration, and human resources. This role is designed to be adaptable and hands-on, assisting the office team with a wide range of tasks such as data entry, document preparation, system organization, and general administrative support.

Areas of Job Role:
Production Support
· Help maintain accurate records, documentation, and system data
· Data entry for the various stages of production
· Build working knowledge of internal systems and processes through training
Sales Support
· Maintain and update databases and inventory
· Assist with tasks such as data entry, customer communication, document preparation, and label making
Human Resources Support
· Assist with HR-related tasks as needed
· Support compliance and organizational record-keeping
General Administration
· Perform general administrative duties as assigned
· Serve as backup support for team members across departments when required
· Contribute to efficient office operations through collaboration and organization
· Strong collaboration with the company team helps to meet timelines, offer the highest quality plant and raise customer service standards.
